If you’re hunting achievements in The Last Caretaker, here’s the good news: the game is still in Early Access, so the list is short and doable right now.
At the moment there are 13 achievements. Some are natural “you’ll get it by playing” unlocks… and a few are sneaky, poetic, and very missable if you don’t know what to watch for (looking at you, Survival Dollars).
All Achievements in The Last Caretaker (Current List: 13)
1) This Is Fixable
Fix 100 things
A classic grindy one. If you’re the type that repairs everything you touch, you’ll get it naturally.
2) It Belongs in a Museum!
Collect 40 memories
This is your big collectible milestone. If you like exploring instead of speedrunning objectives, you’re already on track.
3) Enhance, Enhance, Enhance…
Use 200 player enhancements
Don’t hoard your (Skill points) enhancements forever. This achievement rewards actually using them.
4) That’s an Artifact, In Fact
Collect an artifact memory
A simple “you found the thing” unlock — but it’s a nice signal you’re digging into the world properly.
5) Last Librarian
Collect 10 memories
Basically the warm-up version of the museum achievement.
6) Apprentice Caretaker
Reach player level 5
Early progression. You’ll pop this pretty quickly.
7) My Precious Experiment
Create your first human
This one feels like a real milestone. It’s not just a checkbox — it changes the vibe of your run.
8) Open for Business
Complete your first delivery (launch a rocket into space)
Your first big “system unlocked” moment. Once you do it once, you’ll understand how important deliveries are.
9) Peaceful Passenger
Send a teddy bear into orbit
This one is oddly emotional. The game gives it that “lost world” feeling in a single collectible.
10) Wealth Without Witness
Send 100 Survival Dollar hoards into space (do NOT refine them)
This is the one people accidentally mess up.
Tip: If your brain goes “refine everything,” fight that instinct here. Save the hoards specifically for this.
11) Groundhog
Die 30 times
If you’re pushing risky routes, experimenting, or playing like a chaotic goblin (respect), this will happen.
12) Five in the Quiet
Sink 5 shots in a row on the empty court (basketball hoop)
This is a classic “optional moment” achievement. Easy to miss if you don’t explore.
Tip: Don’t rush it. Treat it like a mini zen challenge.
13) Robot the Builder
Build 100 things
If you craft a lot, you’ll get it naturally. If you play minimalistic, you’ll need to intentionally build more.
The Most Missable Achievements (Don’t Get Tricked)
If you only remember three things from this post, make it these:
- Wealth Without Witness: don’t auto-refine Survival Dollars.
- Five in the Quiet: explore enough to find the court, then take your time.
- Peaceful Passenger: teddy bear → orbit (sounds obvious, but it’s easy to overlook).
Quick Grinding Tips (If You Want These Fast)
- Mix your progress: do fixing + building while you’re doing normal exploration runs.
- Don’t “save upgrades for later” forever — Enhance, Enhance, Enhance… needs usage.
- If you’re close to 100 builds/fixes, do a dedicated “maintenance run” where you focus only on those actions.
Early Access Note
Because The Last Caretaker is in Early Access, this achievement list will likely expand over time. Right now though? It’s a clean list, and it’s a great moment to knock them out before the pool gets bigger.
