Once you reach Flame Level 3 in Enshrouded, Copper suddenly becomes essential.
You’ll need it for:
- Flame Level 4 progression
- Copper Bars
- Better tools and weapons
- Early metal upgrades
Copper isn’t rare — but good clusters are.
Where to Find Copper Ore
Copper Ore becomes accessible north of Springlands once the red Shroud barrier is removed at Flame Level 3.
You’ll mainly find it in:
- Revelwood
- Mountain slopes
- Inside mines
- Along rocky cliff faces
Bring a Pickaxe — higher tiers only improve mining speed, not yield.
🥇 Mark of Sameth Mine (Best High-Density Spot)
If you want serious Copper per run, head to:
Mark of Sameth Mine (Revelwood)
This location contains:
- Dense Copper deposits
- Multiple veins close together
- Interior cave walls filled with ore
The Catch:
- Dark environment
- Several Scavengers inside
Clear enemies first, then mine safely.
If your gear is decent, this is the most efficient Copper farm in the area.
Important Tip: Mark Every Copper Vein You Find
Here’s something many players overlook.
There is a lot more Copper scattered across the map than just the major mine.
When you find a good Copper cluster:
- Open your map
- Right-click the location
- Press Create Marker
- Select the Ore icon
- Choose a color
Done.
As long as you don’t delete that marker, you’ll always be able to return to that exact vein later.
This turns exploration into permanent resource routes.
Instead of “Where was that copper again?”
You build your own mining network.
Efficient Copper Farming Loop
- Fast travel to Revelwood
- Clear Mark of Sameth Mine
- Mine all veins
- Rotate to previously marked Copper spots
- Return later once nodes respawn
Rotating beats camping one location.
Smelting Copper Into Bars
Once you have enough ore, you’ll need to unlock the Smelter through the Blacksmith questline.
Copper Bar recipe:
- 20 Copper Ore
- 20 Charcoal
= 10 Copper Bars
Stockpile Charcoal early — it becomes a bottleneck fast.
Final Advice
Don’t randomly mine.
Mine with purpose:
- Are you upgrading Flame?
- Crafting new gear?
- Unlocking Alchemy?
Pin the recipe you’re aiming for.
Copper farming becomes efficient when it’s intentional.
