Fabric is a mid-game crafting material used heavily in Hunter gear and base decoration.
Before you can make it, you’ll need to unlock a few things.
🔓 Requirements Before Crafting Fabric
To craft Fabric, you must:
- ✅ Unlock the Hunter NPC
- ✅ Complete the quest “Loom for The Hunter”
- This takes place in a Level 25 area
- ✅ Build and place the Loom
No Loom = no Fabric.
🧵 Fabric Crafting Recipe
At the Loom, combine:
- 2 Linen
⏱ Craft Time: 2 minutes
📦 Output: 1 Fabric

What Fabric Is Used For
Fabric is required for:
🛡 Hunter Armor Sets
Used in multiple Hunter gear pieces.
🪑 Base Decoration
- Carpets
- Comfort items
- Furniture that increases Rested bonus
Higher comfort = longer Rested buff.
🛠 Other Crafting Recipes
Various mid-game items across NPC crafting trees.
Gamenautica Tip
Fabric becomes important quickly once you start upgrading gear and comfort levels.
Don’t craft it one by one.
Stockpile Linen first, then batch-produce Fabric at the Loom.
You’ll need more than you think.
