How to Unlock the Bluemont Manor Strongbox

Unlocking the Strongbox inside Bluemont Manor can be confusing if you don’t know the correct sequence.

The puzzle uses rotating boards
One wrong move = wasted time

So here’s the exact solution so you can open it quickly without guessing.

First, go to:

Bluemont Manor in Hernand Town

If you’re standing in front of the manor, go around to the back. From there, climb through the upper-left window.

The Strongbox is located near where you enter

The Strongbox has rotating boards that must be aligned correctly.

You need to press and hold on the d-pad for each board.

You can navigate with: WASD

5 → 2 → 4 → 3 → 5

Follow this exactly to complete the puzzle without trial and error.

Once the sequence is correct:

The painting on the Strongbox will be complete

This confirms:
Puzzle solved

Interact with the component on the right side of the Strongbox

This unlocks it

If the Strongbox is open but you can’t pick up the items:

The loot is still considered theft

So first Equip you thief mask

Xbox: Hold LS → then interact

PC: Hold CTRL → Steal prompt appears

PlayStation: Hold L3 → then interact
