1. Dam Battlegrounds — Water Treatment Control (Locked Room)
Your first stop is the Water Treatment Control building on Dam Battlegrounds. Celeste wants you to enter a locked utility room inside this structure.

- Head to Water Treatment Control (south side of the Dam map).
- Enter from the east side, coming up the forest-facing stairs.
- Go up one level below the rooftop.
