The Doctor’s Orders quest in Arc Raiders is one of those “collect four items” quests that looks simple… and honestly is simple — especially if you already have half the stuff before accepting the quest.
No joke: when I accepted the quest, it instantly marked as complete.
So if you’re already a loot goblin like me, you might experience the same.
But for everyone else, here’s the fastest and safest way to grab all four medical items Lance wants.

You get this quest from Lance, the android trader.
Objectives:
- Obtain:
✔ Syringe
✔ Durable Cloth
✔ Antiseptic
✔ Great Mullein - Extract and turn in the quest
You can gather the items across multiple runs (does not need to be done in one raid).
🧭 Best Places To Find Each Item (Fast Routes)
Unlike the vanilla guides floating around, these routes are confirmed optimal by actual gameplay, not theory.
1. Syringe & Antiseptic (Buried City – Pharmacy)
This is by far the best map to find medical items.
You’re looking for the Buried City Pharmacy, which spawns:
- Syringes
- Antiseptic
- Random meds
- Quest items on the counter
- Crafting junk
- Sometimes a second NPC item stash in the back rooms
- And sometimes drop Durable Cloth
Search:
- The counters
- The shelves
- The floor behind the register
- Small storage rooms
This place almost always gives you everything except Mullein.
2. Durable Cloth (Dam Battlegrounds – Broken Silos & Beds)
Durable Cloth is most often found:
- In broken silos
- On beds inside huts/silos
- Near hydrodomes
- In swampy or rural sections of Dam Battlegrounds
Beds are your friend — check every mattress you see.
3. Great Mullein (Dam Battlegrounds – Testing Annex Flooded Labs)
This one’s easy but often missed.
Head to:
Dam Battlegrounds → Testing Annex → Lower flooded lab area
This location has:
- Waterlogged corridors
- Overgrown plants
- Multiple herb nodes
- High chance for multiple Great Mullein spawns in one go
Walk downstairs into the partially flooded section and harvest the glowing herb clusters.
💡 Safety Tip: Use Your Prison Pocket
As always in Arc Raiders:
➡️ Put every quest item into your Safe Pocket (Prison Pocket) immediately.
Dying with it in your regular inventory = pain.
Dying with it in safe pocket = still complete.

When you return to Lance, you receive:
- 3× Adrenaline Shot
- 3× Sterilized Bandage
- 1× Surge Shield Recharger
Good early-game survival kit upgrades.
