Investigate Tian Wen’s missing cache and follow the trail to the truth.
The Marked for Death quest in Arc Raiders is one of those short, story-flavored side missions that feels more like playing detective than fighting ARC bots. No extraction requirements, no loot juggling — just follow the clues, investigate a hidden cache, and report back.
It’s also extremely quick once you know where to go. Here’s the full walkthrough.
Marked for Death Quest Objectives
You can pick up Marked for Death from Tian Wen. Once accepted, the mission gives you three simple tasks:
- Travel to the Su Durante Warehouse in Buried City
- Find Tian Wen’s cache hidden around the warehouse
- Follow the footprints and inspect the final clue
No need to extract afterward — the quest completes instantly once the final clue is inspected.
📍 Reach the Su Durante Warehouse (Buried City)
Open your map and head to Buried City – Outskirts, northwest side, just west of the Gas Station.
The Su Durante Warehouses are easy to spot: long industrial buildings with lots of cover (and usually other raiders lurking around).
💡 Tip: Approaching from uphill (northwest side) gives you better visibility and avoids running straight into PvP hotspots.
🔎 Find Tian Wen’s Cache
Move toward the top-left corner of the warehouse block.
Against the exterior wall is a large container-style cache partially hidden in the shade. Interact with it to complete the first investigation step.
👣 Follow the Footprints
After inspecting the cache, look down — you’ll see a set of footprints heading away from the warehouse.
Follow the dusty trail into a small cluster of trees. There, half-buried in the sand, you’ll find a second container. Interact with it, and boom — quest completed.
That’s literally it. Finish the match (extract or die — doesn’t matter), return to Tian Wen, and claim your reward.
