Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Speak to the Nun
Head to the map marker and talk to the crying nun on the road. She’s hard to miss — just follow the objective.
Before you leave this area, check the shrine behind her. There’s a Sealed Abyss Artifact sitting there with the challenge Sword of Trials III. Easy to walk straight past if you’re focused on the quest marker.



Step 2: Ride to the Healer’s House
The healer is located south of the Nas River near Unicorn Cliff. Ride to the marker in Windland Heights. A cutscene triggers automatically when you get close enough.


Step 3: Rescue Marten from the Burning Building
After the cutscene you march toward the burning building automatically. A 2 minute timer starts immediately — move fast.
Use Nature’s Grasp on the two giant logs blocking the doorway to clear the entrance. Once inside, head to the back right of the building — Marten is lying on the floor there. Pick him up and carry him outside to the group.
The controls for Nature’s Grasp and picking up Marten will be prompted on screen so you won’t be fumbling for buttons.
