Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Pick Up the Recipe

Head to the cooking pot at the marker. On the stool to the right of the pot you’ll find the Clear Soup recipe. Pick it up and examine it.

The three ingredients you need — 1x Tough Meat, 1x Barley, and 1x Water — are all sitting on the same stool. Grab them while you’re there.

Step 2: Cook 2x Modest Clear Soup

Go to the cooking pot and open the cooking menu. Scroll to the soup page and select Modest Clear Soup. When it asks for quantity, select at least 2.

Step 3: Serve the Feast

Walk over to the table where the workers are sitting. A cutscene triggers automatically on approach and the quest completes.

All ingredients are on the same stool as the recipe. Don’t waste time checking inventory or running back to camp storage. Everything you need is right next to the cooking pot.

Make sure you cook at least 2. The objective requires 2x Modest Clear Soup. If you only make 1 the quest won’t progress.

Clear Soup is worth keeping. You get 10 as a reward — useful for stamina recovery and light healing later. Don’t dump them in storage and forget about them.
