Found the cave but no cloak?
You’re in the right place. The cloak is hidden behind a mechanic the game doesn’t explain, plus a boss that punishes sloppy play.
Quick Answer
- Go to Twilight Grotto (same spot as the gloves)
- Jump down and reach the right-side waterfall area
- Do NOT go through the waterfall
- Turn around → enter the dark cave
- Defeat Grave Walker
- Climb the wall near the fence → use Resist + Force Palm to pass a hidden door
- Loot the chest for the cloak

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Go to Twilight Grotto
Same location as the gloves. Look for the two waterfalls.
Step 2: Reach the Right Side
Jump down.
- Glide to the dry land near the right waterfall
- If you land in water, swim to it
Step 3: Enter the Cave (NOT the Waterfall)
- Do not go through the waterfall
- Turn around so the waterfall is behind you
- Walk forward and go Left
You’ll see a dark cave entrance. Go in.
Step 4: Reach the Boss Area
Follow the path until you hit a stone entrance.
Inside: Grave Walker
Step 5: Defeat Grave Walker
This fight is all about mechanics, not spam.
What to know:
- Boss has:
- Health bar (red)
- Stun bar (yellow)
How to fight:
- Use Force Palm → builds stun
- Once stun bar is full:
- Boss collapses into rocks
- This is your damage window
Do NOT:
- Spam normal attacks during normal phase (low damage)
Rotation:
- Dodge attacks
- Use Force Palm until Spirit is low
- Use Focus to regenerate Spirit
- Repeat until boss collapses
- Attack the rocks on the ground for real damage
Bring Palmar Pills if needed — boss hits hard.
Step 6: Optional – Sorcerer’s Staff
After the fight:
- You’ll see a fence
- Light 2 candles to open it
- Inside: Sorcerer’s Staff
(Not required for the cloak)
Step 7: Find the Hidden Door (Cloak Location)
Now for the actual cloak.
- Go next to the fence
- Climb the wall on the right side
- Move up to the higher section of the wall
You’re looking for a hidden door.
Step 8: Use Resist + Force Palm Trick
This part is easy to mess up.
- Hold Resist (so Kliff sticks to the wall)
- Then use Force Palm
If done right:
- You pass through the hidden door
- Without getting pushed off the wall
Step 9: Loot the Chest
Inside:
- Open the chest
- Get Scorchflame Plate Cloak

- Don’t fight the boss normally
Force Palm → stun → damage phase. That’s the loop - Focus is mandatory here
No Spirit = no progress - Hidden door closes instantly
You need the Resist + Force Palm combo - This is why Force Palm must be maxed
Low level = slow stun = longer, harder fight
Pain Point
Players usually fail here because:
- They try to brute-force the boss
- They miss the hidden wall door
- They don’t use Resist when forcing entry
