Quick Answer
Travel to the Scrapfold, find Marius surrounded by beggars in the middle of the camp, talk to him, then ride him back to your camp on horseback. The quest ends with a cutscene on arrival.
This is a short escort quest with one twist — the beggars in the Scrapfold will demand coins if you let them get too close. Hand one over and move on, it’s not avoidable.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Travel to the Scrapfold
Head to the Scrapfold in Hernand. Marius is in the middle of the camp surrounded by beggars.

Step 2: Speak With Marius
Approach Marius and initiate dialogue. If beggars get too close to you on the way in you’ll be forced to hand over a coin — there’s no skipping the interaction. It’s only one coin so it’s not a real loss.
Step 3: Ride Back to Camp Together
After the dialogue, mount your horse and wait for Marius to climb on behind you. Ride back toward your camp. As you approach a cutscene plays automatically and the quest ends.

GameNautica Tips / Common Mistakes
Don’t dismount your horse on the way back. If you stop or get off, Marius may dismount too and you’ll have to wait for him to remount. Just ride straight to camp.
Keep some coins on you before entering the Scrapfold. Beggars will close in and you’ll automatically lose at least one coin. Not a big deal but worth knowing if you’re trying to budget tight.
This quest leads into camp expansion. Return of the Comrade is short but it’s the gateway to bringing more Greymanes into your camp. The camp content opens up after this — worth heading back and checking what’s new before starting the next quest.
